TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
INSERTION AND EXTRACTION FORCE TEST
At product design, first we define a logical temperature rise range, and then we do our best to make the product with the best insertion and extraction handle within the range. The purpose of the insertion and extraction test is to convert emotional handle into rational data for use in product design, improvement, evaluation, and delivery inspection.
SAND AND DUST TEST
We produce products available for use around the world, so one of the problems taken into account is the operational environment for the product, in order to evaluate the product's adaptability for storage, transport, or operation when exposed to an atmosphere with dry sand or dust. The sand and dust test adopts a simulated sand and dust environment to test the product’s resistance and confirm whether it can be used long-term in hostile natural environments.
RAIN TEST
As is well-known, the product in working or storage conditions tends to be affected by various kinds of liquid more or less. The osmosis, flow, impact, or accumulation of the liquid may have various effects on the product material and performance and may even destroy its structure. Therefore, the effect of liquid cannot be ignored.
The purpose of the rainfall test is to confirm the reverse osmosis capacity of the housing and its operational stability and reliability when the equipment undergoes liquid erosion.
HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURE TEST
Present on the Earth's surface and atmosphere, a variety of environmental factors affect the use of electrical products and their lifespan. Temperature effects are among the most significant.
At low and high temperatures, and under other relevant physical conditions, simulation tests are used to ensure the product's performance meets predetermined requirements.
PRESSURE TEST
We design and develop products to meet long-term work requirements in exposed environments, ensuring better compression capacity. These tests simulate real environments to enhance the product’s design and development.
